Description
Tire I designed to fit the following rims: -Latrax Rally Rim: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7325261 -These fit a little tighter than the low profile version when printed in TPU or PETG. Might need to go up on x&y 1-2% for PLA or PETG to slip on. They are a little challanging to print in TPU due to the overhang, printing slow helps the most with keeping the shape. These fit tight in TPU but still may need some glue. The first layer has one wall, TPU - I did a skirt, TPU sticks a little better and doesnt warp as bad. Works well for me. Slow like 10-15mms 7 for the walls left a little air gap, 0% infill PETG - Brim. PETG warps and lifts, I started to but seems to work well and print was successful. Faster at like 30mms Walls to where it was 100% infill, Infill was set to 0%. -- Disclaimer-- I was able to get PETG to fit without scaling it, it's a super tight. It probably wont come off unless you break or cut it. Might be able to use a little sandpaper or file to make it an easier fit instead of the next step. I set the rim down with the spoke side on the ground, started the wheel over the rim, I didn't press down until it was almost level (the larger the angle of offset the more difficult it will be to get over the rim). Used my body weight, it took almost all my weight to get it on there. I used a step and had a handrail. (not responsible for any injuries trying this, you can just scale it up and glue it, or sand/file it to and avoid any risk here.
