LCD + WaveShare 4.3" DSI cover

Prusa-style front mount for a WaveShare 4.3" DSI touchscreen, which sits next to the stock Prusa LCD. This case is designed for people who want to mount their Raspberry Pi elsewhere, typically in the same enclosure as the Einsy Rambo board at the back, rather than attaching the Pi to the touchscreen. Prints in 3 parts, first secure the touchscreen to the case with the Touchscreen Support with 2 short M3 screws, then connect the 2 case parts together with 2 short M3 screws and nuts. Use the original square nuts and M3 bolts to attach the assembled case to the Prusa frame. Connect the touchscreen to your raspberry pi using a 24" DSI cable (https://www.adafruit.com/product/1731). Print in PETG at 0.2mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle. Other materials and nozzle sizes probably work fine.
