Description

First of all big thanks to the author of original model! I adapted the original model of the light bar to the dimensions of the SE frame, since the central part is 3.5 mm shorter than on the KE. I made a hole for the cable so that I didn’t have to drill the plastic cover to lay the cable. I also enlarged the hole for the KCD11 switch I also made 2 versions: 1. With a logo like original 2. Without a logo + a separate frame so that you can print separately in order to center the logo itself and glue the stencil, and then remove the frame using a knife or wire cutters. Since in the original version it would have been necessary to use supports, and this worsens the appearance. Plus it is possible to print in a different color The LED strip heats up to 50-55 degrees, so it is better to print with PETG filament Regarding LED strip, relay and connections The LED strip is controlled using a relay via: Home Assistant, voice via Google Assistant, by switch KCD11, also via a klipper. Plus, after printing is completed, it automatically turns on LED strip (configured via Home Assistant automation). The switch on the light bar operates in logical mode, that is, it does not have a position, it can be turned on or off with a voice, or turned off with a switch and vice versa List of parts used: Wet contact relay Mini Smart Graffiti Switch from aliexpress - wifi version (I bought it in the 3 in 1 section , where this relay costs about 2 $). The description states that it is for 220V AC voltage, but can easily operate from 12/24 volt DC voltage. I additionally flashed the relay with firmware from OpenBK so that I could locally control it through home assistant, but this is not necessary. The relay is connected to the printer power supply according to the diagram: PSU +V (24v) to L-in relay PSU -V (GND) to N-in relay Relay L-out to LED stip +24v Relay N-out to LED stip GND Relay S1 & S2 to KCD11 - no matter in what order I used a old usb cable, cut off connectors there are just 4 wires, 2 for powering the LED strip and 2 for the switch 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media LED Strip Light from aliexpress - 24v 528 leds, 0.5 m 4000K Switch KCD11 from aliexpress - 2 pin Wire terminals from aliexpress - also from 3 in 1 section (cost 2$) Acrylic glue for gluing the sides and middle, plus a little double-sided tape
