Description
Useful for plastic coated, UP65 rated LED strip lighting. Use these clamps to hang LED lighting under your eaves, patio or pergola. I used a 4G 16mm CSK timber screw to attach the clamp and the hole in the clamp is sized accordingly. The clamp was designed in FreeCAD 1.1.0 and this file has been included. I used variables in a spreadsheet for dimensions. Use this to size the clamp correctly for the strip you're using. The strip I used was plastic coated and measured 20m L x 17mm W x 8mm H. If you use similar LED strip lighting, I suggest you face the LEDs towards the wall or ceiling rather (or the brightness will burn your eyes out!). For full transparency, I think I saw something similar to this somewhere but it didn't fit the dimensions of the LED strip I was using. Creating in FreeCAD gave me the freedom to find the dimensions that perfectly matched the LED strip. Printer: Ender-3 Pro Filament: Generic PLA, 0.4mm Nozzle Print Settings: Quality: Standard (0.2mm) Infill Density: 20% Infill Pattern: Cubic Support: None
