Description
This is a Remix of the Popular Master Sword by Popandsicle This version uses a 1x 1 Meter M3 or M6 Threaded Rod and 4x M3 or M6 Nuts With this, it feels much more stable, and it still needs NO GLUE. Therefore, it can now also be fully infilled (I used 80%, but it now has a mass of 1.1 kg). Update 1 Updated the Pommel Sides to make the nuts go in the Pommel instead of the Grip to give more wiggle room. Added the missing Grip File oops (: Update 2 Added a variant that uses a 1 meter M6 Threaded Rod and 4 M6 Nuts. (made it for me so that i can downscale it and still be able to use a rod). Remade the conections between the blade parts (downscale compatible ish to the m3 variant). Dramaticaly changed the Crossguard, Blade Piece 1 and Grip. The Hilt Anchor is NOT a part of the M6 variant. I also took the time to remoddel the ultimate crossguard (adhetion assisted) from here to fit the M6 variant. (havent tested the M6 variant, if it isnt fitting well, let me know) Update 3 Added the ¼" variant. Same as the M6 variant besides the changes to fit the ¼" measures. it should work with a 1/4" x 36" threaded rod. if it isnt let me know. Update 4 Changed Blade Anchor to have the propper lengh. Update 5 Added suggested change to Blade Piece 6. !!!Important!!! While Printing Blade Piece 6 you HAVE to PAUSE and get those 2 NUTS INSIDE, otherwise you are doomed. The side of the Blade Joiner that is on the Printing Bed is going in Blade Piece 1 Before assembling the blade, make sure you DONT screw the rod in piece 6 fully to the top just make it so that it fits for you. The other 2 Nuts are used on the underside of the grip where the Pommel is. Advice It is still a tight fit, so I make sure that the outer wall is printed first so that the inner walls won't push the outer wall. You may have to rescale the Anchor Pin and Hilt Anchor because I had some trouble with them, so I made them smaller. You could use the original Guard Pins, but it is advised to shorten them on the piece that goes inside the blade. Mine are also a little bit longer on the front and back sides. you might want to rotade the pieces. If you have some suggestions or some needed changes feele free to contact me. Other than that i with you great printing.
