LGX Lite spring tensionner conversion (HGX)

Modified this remix of a remix to be able to convert a Bondtech LGX Lite to the spring tensionner mechanism of the HGX. Parts needed that are not included from the original LGX - 7x M3 Heatset Inserts (Voron Type, M3 x 5 x 4) - 1x M3x8 Socket Head Cap Screw - 1x M3x16 Socket Head Cap Screw - 1x M3x25 Socket Head Cap Screw - 1x M3 Washet - 1x 5x15 spring (Prusa Idler Spring) OR - 1x Thumbscrew Assembly (Bondtech BMG or Similar) PETG or Better suggested, 3 walls and 20% infill.
