LHTCU Magwell Elastic Slots

I implemented holes along the front magwell piece to keep the elastic cord in a neater arrangement. There are slots for up to four cords that need to be tied on each side. No supports are needed because there is a thin layer over the barrel hole that needs to be cut away.
