Description
First of all, I know it seems silly to make a lid prop for use on top of a vented riser. Let me explain….. I printed my riser with only 1 vented and 3 un-vented sides. I figured that it's easier to have the chamber get to and hold a temperature with only a smaller vent. This works great. I figured that I would just remove the top for PLA printing. Here is the problem. With the lid weight gone the bowden tube has a habit of knocking the riser out of place. Once even far enough that the side piece fell off. I thought about just gluing the riser together but I wanted to keep the option open to replace a non-vented side with a vented side down the line. So, I did this. There is a shorter and a taller version.
AI Analysis: This is a mechanical part designed as a lid prop for a Centauri Carbon model, featuring a vented riser structure. The component is constructed from a durable material and includes a handle for easy attachment to the model. It serves as a functional part to enhance the realism of the model's structure.
