Description
this is a linear actuator for small projects, it uses a 5/6 volt hobby motor (like in the picture). It requiers no supports, making it a perfect component for various applications that require pushing or pulling, it uses helical gears for less noise and improved contact. This design is based on a rack and pinion mechanism, with the pinion having 16 teeth and the rack 25. While I will make updates to this design, I would love if you would join in too! The Solidworks fiels are above :)
