Live Z/First Layer Calibration Strip - 0.8mm nozzle strip for Mini

I find these calibration strips with tabs on are really useful. So, when I got a 0.8mm nozzle, I reached for the original model for calibrating the bed. However, the minimum width for a 0.8mm nozzle is larger than the models tab size - so no tabs were printed :-( I thus modified the original to make the tabs 2mm wide - and they now print. Otherwise exactly the same as the original by @fuchsr.
