Description
Original design by Lomi, all I did was reverse engineer it, as unfortunately they don't sell the spare part after my gear got stuck and then grinded down by the worm screw. Make sure you use PA12+CF preferably like NylonX from MatterHackers, or PA6 and then make sure to anneal it. Pretty easy to install just remove 24 screws as follows: Flip it over and remove the first 8 from the outer cover. Then remove the next 8 from the base in order to be able to split it open. Then remove the red/black wires (note their original position) Remove the 4 screws with black plastic washer from the plate Grab the plate and flip it 90° vertically so you have access to the motor gears. Remove the last 4 screws from the motor gear enclosure Remove the spur with the nylon plastic gear (you might need to break the plastic nylon gear first) Replace the printed one.
