Lucky 13's really long tophat / top hat (updated)

This is a top hat, meant to go on Lucky 13's head. If you want to turn this upside down so that there's no support on the inside, this means the outside needs supports, which is easier to remove.(width 24mm, correct length 24mm, height 56mm.) (1/14/2025 Update, noticed the hat's too big from inside, so I updated so that the hat actually fits on Lucky 13)
