M8 Bolt for Articulated Arm, Nano Vise V2

This part adds itCarl's M8 Bolt for Nano Vise V2 to the connector for shockwav's Mechanically Articulated Arm. This lets you screw the arm to the ball joint base on the very nice clamp that comes with the vise. I think it is obvious that this part will probably become the weak link in the arm setup, so print for strength, but don't stress the part too much. It can print in default orientation, standing upright on the screw, but the first attempt tipped over at some point after 85% :-( So I added some simple supports to keep it from tipping over (see picture)
