Description
How to insert the magnets: The rock halves are designed to hold 5x2 mm neodymium magnets (3 magnets per half, 6 in total). Slice the rock models in your slicer. Find the layer where the magnet holes are about to be covered by the next layer. Add a Pause at Height (or Pause at Layer) command in your slicer. When the printer pauses, carefully insert the 5x2 mm magnets into the slots. Important: Double-check the polarity of the magnets before inserting them so the two halves attract each other, not repel! Resume the print. The printer will print over the magnets, hiding them completely inside the plastic.
