Description
Based on the original model of the Prusa MK3s+ (probably all MK3) right hand side Z covers and the magnetic PTFE coupler from Line Arc Line. The Details As I have a magnetically coupled bowden setup on the extruder, which was feeding to a fixed M10 adapter on the right upper end of the Z axis, I wanted to be able to quickly decouple both ends of the bowden tube. This should fix that. I used the original coupler model, removed the threading for the M10 coupler (because I want to feed the filament directly), joined the model to the original printed part of the printer and made the model look a bit more cohesive. The one on the photos is my first iteration but I made two others - “edgy” and “blocky”. Functionally identical, it's just the design. The Parts are designed and tested on my MK3s+, but as there are no Z holders in the BOM for the upgrade from MK3 and MK3s, I'd assume it works there just as well. Note: There are multiple versions of the original coupler. This will only fit with the “vanilla” version (no innie/outie) with three magnets!
