Manta E3EZ enclosure - Ender 3 V2 (Top lid version)

BigTreeTech has provided a Manta E3EZ enclosure for Ender 3 V2. However, this is like the original enclosure, in which the motherboard has to be mounted on the top of the enclosure, and we have to flip the printer upside down to access the board. I've reworked the enclosure based on the model supplied by BTT and Ender 3v2 STEP file shared on printables. The top part is now the lid, while the bottom holds the motherboard for easier access.
