Manual 2 speed gearbox experiment

If this works, then I can replace the manual shift lever with a servo. Low gear to high gear ratio is 2.9. I shift the gears and not the dog clutch because... experiment. I thought shifting the gears on their axles would have less friction than shifting the dog which has to rotate the axle at the same time.
