Description
Files Included: .OBJ .STL .F3D Hey all, "Please be kind, this is my very first 3D model haha." TLDR: Extremely snug fit miter t-track "slider"/bracket with counterbore (underside flush-mount bolt head) and pilot hole for drilling the bolt/shank hole. WARNING: If printed in resin DO NOT try to simply thread into the existing pilot hole, use the pilot hole to drill a properly sized through hole for your desired bolt shank. Failure to follow this instruction may lead to cracked prints. Why did I make this? I wanted to be able to mount things like feather boards and other accessories to the Matercraft 8-1/4-in Table Saw, and found no solution for this saw specifically. Now there is one. Print not tested on other saws. Here is the link to the saw for reference: https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/mastercraft-table-saw-8-1-4-in-0559039p.html?rq=table+saw (PS: I know better saws exist, it was a gift from my parents LOL) Future Plans: I may update the design to have two or three long slots in it so that you can move the bolt placement. This would limit the range of bolt shank sizes, but it's likely a fair trade off. Comments Welcome: Please feel free to comment on how to better my design. As this is the first, I'm sure there is lots to learn. Thank you for viewing. My Best! JD Edit Added rounded corners where possible to prevent binding from saw dust. Adjusted side profile height for "slide-ability" ease. (0.25mm) Added slots for making bolt placement adjustable.
