Update --------- Masterkey --- X-Shot Micro 2.0 Reshell --- Picatinny mounted Quick swap barrel inserts for: 1x MEGA Dart 3x / 2x / 1x Short Dart 2x / 1x Elite Dart Auto-Feeding Inline Clip I modified Domochevsky's Micro2Reshell1 files to create a picatinny mounted masterkey blaster to shoot multiple (or single) Short Darts, Elite Darts or MEGA Darts. All of my barrel inserts for the different dart types can be used here. Simply swap them depending on what you want to shoot. The barrel inserts are simply inserted into the blaster barrel and are then sealed airtight. I also designed sights that can be inserted into the Picatinny mount to make the blaster also fully usable separately. The air restrictor and the dart post has to be removed otherwise the airflow is to low. (With the Micro2, you can simply use pliers to break out the air restrictor from behind in the plunger tube by twisting it. The dart post then comes out automatically and only 3 small struts remain, which are sufficient as dart stopp) If the grip scales are too loose (due to printer tolerances or the filament used) you could scale the grip-pins slightly (+0,1mm) and hammer them in carefully. → (only scale height and width - NOT the length of the pin) Alternatively you could also glue the grip scales with some E6000 or similar. Masterkey Micro2 + Barrel Insert + Dead Space_Reducer + RubberBand_Tuning max FPS test: 1x Short Dart = 99 FPS short barrel / 114 FPS long barrel [ramrod] (X-Shot Short Dart) 2x Short Darts = 76 FPS (X-Shot Short Dart) 3x Short Darts = 64 FPS (X-Shot Short Dart) Auto-Feeding Inline Clip = 88-95 FPS (X-Shot Short Dart) 1x Elite Dart = 104 FPS (X-Shot Elite Dart) 2x Elite Darts = 81 FPS (X-Shot Elite Dart) 1x MEGA Dart Spigot = 50-58 FPS (Whistler MEGA) Attach suitable o-rings to the grooves of the barrel insert to seal it against the blaster barrel. If you only have one O-ring, attach it to the rear O-ring groove – this serves as a seal. The front O-ring serves more as a stabilizer and can be omitted. As with all printed barrels, it is always a good idea to sand the inside of the barrels (and the outside of the MEGA Dart spigot) with a rolled up piece of sandpaper to smooth it out a bit and to remove any elephant feet that may be present. As with the original M2R1, the required hardware can be harvested from an X-Shot Micro2.0 blaster + additional o-ring for the barrel insert + some glue for the deadspace reducer + a piece of elastics to increase the performance (optional) All parts of Domochevsky's Micro2 Reshell1 are fully compatible with this master key, and vice versa (except for the RubberBand_FPS-Tuning which only fits my Masterkey Blaster). ------------------------------------------------------------ 1.6.2025 Update: Added greeblies to the sides of the frame. Added a chamfer to the top edge of the Picatinny mount. 3.6.2025 Update: Added a RubberBand_FPS-Tuning_Attachment to add a slingshot tube, bungee cord or 2-3household rubber bands (max diameter 4mm) It can simply be put on at the front and is then held in place by the elastics. (Don't overdo the tension - it's just a Micro2 inside^^) There is a version with 8x dart holder and a version without. ------------------------------------------------------------ The files are already pre-oriented. My print settings for PLA: 0,2mm layer height 3 or 4 walls (4 walls → RubberBand_FPS-Tuning_Attachment) 7 top and bottom shell layers 20% gyroid or cubic infill >>> No supports needed Thx to Domochevsky, Sillybutts and Chance for the files I could use for this remix.
