A recent printer is necessary to achieve the precision and detail required for proper operation. The print was done in standard PLA with a 0.2mm nozzle and a 0.1mm layer height. It should be possible to print at 0.4mm, but I haven't tried it. The main chassis and the motor chassis print flat without difficulty and without supports. The front axle with the headlights requires thin supports. It should be printed with 100% infill for strength, as should the motor chassis. The upper support allows for mounting the electronics and is glued to the interior. It includes a slot for a 330µF 25V capacitor. The wheel covers print flat and will be glued onto the wheels.
