Description
I have a couple remixes ready to go and after I have them uploaded, I'm almost certainly going to revisit the Mecha genre. I've just had too much fun making the AT-ST , AT-RT and this model. No supports necessary. I print everything with a layer height of 0.12 mm and a speed no faster than 50 mm/s. In my experience, printing any faster than that can cause the fit between parts to be too tight, sometimes to the point where they won't fit. Printed at 100%, it stands just under 3.5" On top of downloading my files, you will need to download some of the Mini 13 frame parts. Below is a list of the frame parts and the amount you will need as well as a direct download link for them. mini13-frame-head.stl x1 mini13-frame-waist.stl x1 mini13-frame-leg.stl x4 mini13-frame-arm.stl x6 You will also need the MINI 13 tail attachment from @CandaceLun ASSEMBLY: First we will assemble the legs. You will need four leg, four arm, the waist and tail attachment frame parts. Connect them as seen in the two pictures below. The legs with the tail attachment will be the front legs as we will connect the neck to that extra ball. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Put the legs off to the side for a moment and grab the Body 1 and Body 2 parts. Attach Body 2 underneath Body 1, being sure to put it on the correct way. You will notice that one side of Body 2 completely encircles the socket while the other side doesn't. You want to make sure the side the encircles the socket is pointed toward the front. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Next, connect the legs to the body as seen below. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Then take the two remaining arm frame parts, connect them together and slide them into the body to connect with the front legs. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media From there, just attach the head frame part and head as well as slide the back piece into the back of the body and you're good to go.
