Description
The mini soldering helper is a tiny model that holds your wires and solder. it prints in 5 pieces, and a small wheel dispenses your solder onto the clamped wires. This is primarily designed to hold wires together in places that an octopus arm cannot reach. Print settings 0.12 mm layer height, 100% infill, and organic/tree supports supporting an 80-degree angle. This takes around 2 hours and 10 grams of filament. (if you want a stronger model use PETG, this has the added benefit of being more resistant to radiated heat from your soldering iron.) Features A wheel dispenser for solder Screw clamps for the wires Use with all average wire sizes Set up Attach solder wheels to the frame with unextruded filament, then carefully screw the clamp screws into the top holes. Do not apply a lot of pressure to the clamp screws.
