MK3 LCD Mount - Swivel + Low Profile

MK3 Style LCD Mount Features: Low Profile 90 degree full rotation Cable support, prevents binding Cable underneath for a clean look Parts List: 2x M3 x 12-20mm SHCS (reuse from original mounts to frame) 2x M3 Square nuts (reuse from original mounts to frame) 2x #8 x 1 ¼" Screws - or similar Print instructions: Print all parts in default orientation Print 2x RH-LH-Standoff LCD should not fall in horizontal position without any scaling. Too loose: scale "RH-LH-Standoff" slightly up in XY plane, if still too loose scale down in Z plane Too tight: If standoff does not fit into Arms: scale down XY plane Else: Scale up in Z plane. Pre-assembly: Verify fit up of all printed parts Print a cable pass through for LCD connectors (make sure connectors fit though it!) Unplug printer and then connectors from LCD Remove all zipties holding LCD connectors except inside of Einsy Board Box Mark hole location where LCD connectors will reach desired mounting location (preferably directly under Einsy Board where LCD connectors exit) Drill hole for cable pass through Disassembly Unplug printer and then connectors from LCD Remove LCD from printer (save screws and embedded nuts) Remove button knob Remove 2 screws in bottom of LCD, cover should now come off Remove arms by sliding to the sides Assembly Embed nuts into new arms Slide new arms onto LCD (in correct orientation, RH is right if looking at LCD) Bolt cover back on Holding "LCD-Mount" between arms, with thru hole lining up with connectors, press standoff through and screw in with M3 screw Repeat screw and standoff for other arm Plug in LCD connectors (routed though lack table) Align mount so bottom connecter hole is fully clear of table, and connectors comfortably reach, in all swivel orientations Mark hole locations for #8 screws Screw into lack table using #8 screws, predrill if needed
