Description
Best material to print is one hotter than the one you normally use. For PLA and PETG print in ABS, if you want to go higher use PC. The unit sits far enough away from the hot nozzle and heaterblock that it will not warp that easily but it is best to use the most stable material that you are comfortable printing. If you have not printed ABS before and don't have an enclosure enable ‘draft shield’ in the slicer so you have a good chance of printing this without warping even if you do not have a completely enclosed printer. I've printed a whole bunch of these like that and it worked well. And beware of the fumes, ABS is not like PLA and PETG in that sense at all, you really need to ventilate. I've added the .scad file that creates the space for the PINDA as well in case you want to modify this further.
