Description
I bashed STLs from two models together in Tinkercad with the intent of adding a spot for PC4-M10 fitting to the parts for the MK4 LED light bar from @In3DSpace . To do this, I used a MK4 Z-axis reverse Bowden top published by @Darkstar. The resulting design is available on Tinkercad here . Given the alteration to the original part, this remix has to be printed with a 180° rotation from the original, which means it requires a lot more support material. I don't have a MK4 upgrade kit yet, so this part is essentially untested, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. Use the recommended print settings for the light bar parts. --- Print Settings: 0.20mm QUALITY Layer Height: 0.20mm Infill: 15% Gyroid Supports: Build plate only
AI Analysis: This is a mechanical part designed for printers, specifically a Z-axis mount with a reverse Bowden setup. It features a ribbed structure for heat dissipation and mounting points for securing the printer's extruder assembly. The part is intended to improve stability and thermal performance in desktop FDM printers.
