(MK6) Spoke Nipple Shuffler (Nipples Stay in Place!)

This nipple shuffler culminates about twenty iterations and three months of usage in a real bike shop. This latest and revised version has small dimples for every spoke nipple to sit in, so when you go to grab them with your insertion tool they stay in place! It also allows for grease or spoke-prep to be injected in to the nipple from the top side, allowing for deeper & more consistent application of whatever you like to put on your spoke threads. There's four parts to this nipple shuffler, and you need to print all four. The Nipple Shuffler.stl and Lid.stl models sit within the Outer Shell.stl model (labeled by filename). The whole outer shell assembly sits inside of the Case Top.stl model. To use, remove the lid, making sure the Shuffler is pushed all the way down into the outer shell. Pour in your nipples (the shuffler holds up to 50, which is plenty for most bicycle wheels). Then, install the case top and gently shake the whole assembly side to side. The case top will prevent any nipples from spilliing while shaking. Remove the case top, and install Lid.stl UNDERNEATH the nipple shuffler model. Place the assembly inside of Case Top.stl with the case top upside down. This will bring all nipple heads to the top, where you will be able to reach them with your insertion tool. As far as insertion tools go, I highly recommend EVT's Multifinger Nipple Loading Tool ( https://www.efficientvelo.com/tools/mulfinger-nipple-loading-tool ). Any shallow pick or other style of nipple loading tool will do. I find their 14ga XL tool most comfortable to use, and it fits 2.0 spoke nipples which is most common in the bike industry today. Enjoy!
