Key Features: Unique Spiral Base: The base is formed by a coiled tube, providing stability while maintaining an airy, lightweight look. Integrated Side Loop: Includes a smaller side loop that acts as a guide for the paper towels, preventing the roll from unraveling too freely and making it easier to tear off a sheet. Universal Fit: Designed to fit standard kitchen paper towel rolls. Printing Tips: Supports: The arches at the top are designed to be printable with good cooling. However, for the best surface finish on the underside of the top loops, minimal supports (paint-on) are recommended at the very top center of the arches. Brim: Because the base is a spiral and not a solid surface, I highly recommend using a Brim (5-10mm) to ensure perfect bed adhesion and prevent the tall model from wobbling during printing. Infill: Use 20-30% infill (or more) for the base part to make it heavier and more stable. The upper loops can be printed with 10-15%. Material: PLA, PETG, or ASA. Matte PLA looks especially good with this geometry.
