Description

4 different versions of our basic slight modifications of the excellent Prusa headband design, that we are using to print for the NHS in West Scotland. These are optimised for less material and faster printing in recognition of the disposable nature of this PPE in the NHS. V1. Reduced band height and removed all lettering V2. Reduced height even further, we rejected this design as too thin on the part touching the head and therefore less comfortable but may suit some V3. Halfway house between v1 and v2 with V1 headband and lower band on the section that the visor attaches to V3 Closed. V3 with the section filled between front and back bands to a height of 1.2mm. Design is inverted for assembly to ensure no droplet pooling areas Print instructions Printed on the Mk2S, using the standard PrusaSlicer Fast 0.35 profile, with amendments: Layer Height 0.3 Perimeters 3 Top Layers 3 Perimeters 80mms External Perimeters 60mms Infill 100mms Solid Infill 100mms
