Monitor Stand Clamp for FunkyArt's Arm

This model contains a pipe clamp base for attaching FunkyArt's phone stand system to a monitor arm. Included files are for a 36mm Diameter monitor stand , this seems to be somewhat standard. I may design a completed 3D printer version in the future if there is interest. I originally designed this for personal use without intent to upload so there may be some quirks I have included a .f3d file of just a base to use if anyone wants to change the sizes or other features. It is designed to be used with the TPU gasket on a 36mm pipe. This was created in Fusion360 and Meshmixer using my clamp design and CZFA_FlexFrame_BaseA_part2.stl from FunkyArts design Print Settings: 3-4 walls 20-40% infill depending on how hard you want to clamp down on it. at least 3 top/bottom layers The STL is two parts to be printed as one. There is a 1mm gap in the joint so it should print as a snug but moveable joint. Use supports on the ring that connects to the rest of the arm. DO NOT Use supports on the body of the clamp. I recommend using a support blocker I have included a simple STL for a TPU gasket top use to increase friction and compliance between your pipe and the clamp. Assembly: Glue the gasket material on the inside surfaces of the clamp making sure the joint can move. Add x3 M3 heat set inserts back side of the clamp. The holes are designed for M3x5.7 inserts like those sold by CNC Kitchen. Add x1 M3 heat set insert in the base of the joint. This will anchor the hinge. This is probably unnecessary Insert x1 M3x45 socket head cap screw through the hole for the hinge. This may be snug. Use x3 M3x20 to 25 bolts to clamp down on the hinge
