More Realistic Shiftier (For MW-Mechanical's 4 speed shiftier)

This is my first ever “remix and or model!” Anyway, this is a better Shifting rod for MW-Mechanical's 4-speed transmission! (Be careful because it is a bit weak at the top, but as long as you don't pull or tug on it, it should be ok.) Also, you can hot glue the nob on the rod if the screw does not print right.
