More Vulture Mag Follower Tension

I was having inconsistent last dart feeding with the mag follower failing to push the head of the dart into the lifter, so I moved the space for the drum spring in the follower back so it would properly push darts all the way through. Print with brims on the thinner starting island so it doesn't come loose.
