Description
These are some tweaks to the original Morserino Pocket Case as delivered by QRPLabs: https://www.printables.com/model/1550518-morserino-m32-pocket-case-for-production-component The face is blank - you can add your call sign in the slicer (negative modifier -> text -> 0.6mm deep) Changes include: speaker grill strengthened the side with cutouts for connectors "chubby" sides for a more comfortable grip and a stiffer case overall chamfered some random things a small nubby to glue onto the button a power button slider - also to glue on The knob now prints without supports a cover that slides on and can holds the required cables (that makes it a bit chunky overall but works for me) A note on how to move the paddle PCBs: Remove the main PCB assembly from the case, unplug the paddle with tweezers the paddle PCBs are glued in with superglue. On mine I found a little gap where I could wedge in a knife to pry them out. If you don't have that, you can try to push them out from the inside or remove some plastic. de-solder one side of things. pretty easy operation but keep note which cable goes where do the whole thing in reverse in the new case. dry-fit the paddle PCBs before gluing as they are a tight fit! I glued in one of mine upside-down :-)
