Perfect for RC enthusiasts or anyone who loves mechanical displays, this turbojet remix will take your model collection to the next level! BOM- 1X X4112S 400KV Brushless Motor (Ask me in the comments for more motor support) 1X 40A ESC 1X Servo Tester (you may use your RC) 8X M3x10 SHCS 6X M3 HeatSet Inserts Trusty SuperGlue! Assembly Guide - Step 1 - Remove the existing IGV with the help of an M2 Allen key Tip - Add SuperGlue to the Nuts which are inside the LPC Casing, As the new IGV doesn't have enough space for your fingers to fit in! Be careful not to use too much Glue, as you don't want the Nuts to bind with the Bolts. Step 2 - Printed Parts used in this step - Motor shaft engine side v3 Apply SuperGlue to the Highlighted section of the Compressor Shaft 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media After Applying Glue, Glue the “Motor shaft engine side v3” to the “Compressor Shaft” The result should look like this - 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Step 3 - Add Heat set inserts to the 6 holes in the "IGV for Motor" you just printed. Step 4 - Attach the new "IGV for Motor" in the same way as you did the “IGV” in the Original Model. Step 5 - Use 4X M3x10 SHCS to attach the “Motor Shaft v2” to the brushless motor. Step 6 - Use 4X M3x10 SHCS to attach the Motor to the underside of the "NoseCone" (This should be pretty obvious so not including pictures for this step) Step 7 - Use 6X M3x10 SHCS to fix the “Nosecone” to the "IGV for Motor" - Please note that the Shaft on the motor will interface with the shaft you glued earlier to the Compressor shaft. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Your Motorised Engine is now ready to Fire up!
