Description
This will help drill the nut trap 2 holes for the Z assembly. Use a clamp to secure it to a bench and use a Handheld Drill, it will also work on a Drill press. The part will have a gap of 1mm, DON'T press to hard, you don't want to crack it!! I strongly suggest to use a Center Hole Puncher like this one, https://www.amazon.com/Neiko-02638A-Automatic-Center-Adjustable/dp/B008DXYOLC/ref=sr_1_2?crid=P9P9XJQWCBK4&dchild=1&keywords=automatic+hole+punch+tool+for+metal&qid=1592931194&sprefix=automatic+metal+hole+punc%2Caps%2C162&sr=8-2 The 2 holes on the Jig are 5.5mm diameter so use. 5.4mm, number 3 drill bit (0.213 in) If you don't care use a 7/32" bit (0.2188 in) Print instructions Printer: CR10S PRO 20% Filament_brand: Whatever you have on hand Filament_material: PLA
AI Analysis: This is a precision jig used in CNC machining to hold and position Z-nuts securely during assembly. It features a rectangular frame with a central slot and mounting holes for alignment and stability.
