This is a 3d printable roller for your feet and muscles. There are many who believe the benefits of rolling out your feet and muscles, and this can work for both. I saw simple rollers online and decided that I could easily print one. It's simple and does its job well. It works best on carpet, since the plastic tends to slide around on hard floors. Print instructions I used PETG with 3 perimeters and 20% infill. With this, it is more than strong enough.
