Narwhal with separate horn

The horn of BMoArtist's narwhal is separated for convenience in making it with different color. In original size, the horn might be combined with no glue. If differential scales are printed, you might need some trial to get better fit. I set different layer stop in gcode for filament change to make rainbow horn requested by my boys, but I prefer single color to make life easy.
