Neptune 4 Plus Camera Mount

A remix of two great files for the Neptune 4 Plus, merging the mount of one with the attachment of another. I needed a mount for my Arlo Essential Indoor Cam I have watching over my printer. The Right Side Webcam Holder was great, but I have bins on each side of my build plate, so I couldn't use that method of attachment. So I merged the holder with the clip attachment from the Spine kit side mount. A little adjusting of the mount and it both fits the right side of my printer and doesn't get in the way of the display or trash bins. Hole is 6.5mm in diameter, so should fit the mounting screw of the Arlo camera. However, the screw is longer than the thickness of the mounting plate, and I wanted to leave it the same as the original, so I have included a spacer that allows for secure connection of the Arlo camera.
