Nozzle bin w/ labels + lid, for Flashforge AD5X

This is a 2x1 Gridfinity bin with cutouts to hold two Flashforge AD5X nozzles - and two lid options. Thanks to Chir and Jimoreno for the original designs. Differences of the remix compared to the original Remix of Chir's Gridinity nozzle bin . I wanted to add a lid, but in order to do so I had to make the bin slightly taller. There are two lid options - I personally like the look of Option B better, but it also snaps tighter and can be tough to remove. I also made the nozzle inset slightly longer to accommodate the tiny bit of filament that gets left in the nozzle when swapping it out. Finally sized the labels to 99% X & Y because I couldn't get them to fit at 100%.
