Description

I found the original design to be a bit too flimsy and easy to bend with the regular round legs, especially when you have a tall plant that leans on it, because the legs could be pulled from the holes with ease. I recreated the design and made the legs sturdier and able to lock into each other with little locking tabs in the holes. There is still a little bit of play in the holes, as the legs can move about 3mm out of them before stopping. Because of the tabs in the leg holes, the model likes a bit smaller layer height, as that makes the legs easier to slide in and out. I did have pretty good result with regular 0.2mm layer height on a 0.4mm nozzle with regular PLA. As these have a bit more material and rigidity, the printing time will be a little bit more than on the original, for example on my own print settings these long ones take about 2h 30m to print, while the original of similar size takes 2h 15m. All parts are angled such that supports are not needed or recommended.
