OpenGrid Pegboard Hook Adapter

I remixed this from an existing GOEWS model to make it work on OpenGrid, which will replace my old pegboards. I have loads of hooks that I'd like to reuse rather than scrap! Thanks to @Tad_17833 for making the original.
