OpenGrid - Removeable Command Strip Mount - easier Remix

I've having a hard time breaking free the removable command strip mounts from @Marcus_543412 (Can't break free at all even after completely destroying it). But I really need this design as it become impossible to remove the command strip without removing the grid first. So I made a remix that make it use-able for myself. The original model have too big a contact patch (a full circle) between the lock and snap. I cut away a good chunk of non-critical section, and shrink the foot of the lock to make the contact patch much smaller. Now it breaks free easily without per-bending or loosening it. Below image is the slicer view of the layer where the inner lock touches the base snap. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media I'm not a fan of coin slot (I don't keep coin around), so I made the slot wider and deeper to allow wire cutter to fit in. Then I realized wider slot would mean it could be strong enough for a printed tool. So I made the slots a X and quickly made a tool. It works great. Another thing I notice is the original design might have problem on part strength between the bottom flat part and the snap side wall. It might be fix-able with tuning in slicer for solid infill expansion, but I decided to cad in a few small slits at 0.1mm. This make the printer printing extra tabs connecting the solid infills and sidewall better. In the image below you can barely see those slots (since they are so tiny, extrusion filled in it and close the gap). 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media For printing: I use 0.2 speed profile, only 2 wall. low infill works just fine for me. You might want to double check the sliced view, specially the middle layer when print-in-place started. Since I'm only editing on @Marcus_543412 's STEP file, the cad got messy quickly. So I hope he can make yet another version with these feature included directly. I've done the design in onshape, here is the link
