OpenRC F1 Rear Axle Holder Right for Brushless Motor

This is an update to the OpenRC F1 Rear Right Axle Holder that adds clearance for the Brushless Motor. I removed some of the area around the bearing race so the motor will sit square on the bracket when tightened down.
