This plate is specifically engineered to solve the problem of battery movement in oversized battery boxes. It acts as a base template that captures the unique "six-pack" footprint of the Optima D31M series. When paired with a standard retainer bar (pushing down from the top), this plate eliminates lateral sliding, ensuring your power source stays exactly where you installed it, even in rough conditions. Fusion 360 CAD file is attached - modify to fit you exact battery box. Features Precision Fit: Contoured specifically for the Optima D31M BlueTop base. Modular Design: The plate features an interlocking dovetail joint, allowing it to be printed in sections on standard-sized print beds and then securely assembled. Material Optimized: Designed to be printed in TPU (specifically tested with Bambu AMS TPU) for a balance of durability, vibration dampening, and chemical resistance. Print Settings Filament: TPU (Bambu AMS TPU recommended for its balance of rigidity and flexibility). Infill: 15% Gyroid. Support: Not required. Assembly: Friction-fit dovetail joints.
