OTF Fidget Knife handles

Here I will post a few handles for the awesome OTF Fidget Knife by uhltimate. Ones with holes obviously need supports, which can be a pain to remove when they're inside the handle. I glue the handles onto the mechanism (bottom and sides to avoid gluing moving parts) so the handle stays in place when using the slider.
