OutIn nano travel case

Travel box for OutIn nano standard or plus edition with additional storage. Stand can be used, but whole box needs to be raised a little. Basket or capsule attachment is stored in a cup, extra storage can be used for scales, needle distribution tool, sugar, etc or for storing capsules. Lid has extended hinges so it can be placed under the box when opened. Designed to be printable on 225x225 printers Based on my favourite printable box, but insert with all its features will work in most designs so you can pick your favourite box and just adjust inside measurements according to my design. Lid can be deeper but bottom part depth needs to be 65mm for stand to work. Everything is printable, all you need are 4 M3x15-25mm bolts with round Allen key head for stand( you can use longer if you have them on hand, you will have to just screw more) Printing Lid can be coloured if you want to add nice detail. Storage box and stand parts: PETG, 4 walls, 5 top and bottom layers, 25% gyroid infill , 7 walls for clasp and hinge Standard version cup spacer and pod storage: PETG, 3 walls, 4 top and bottom layers, 15% infill Insert: PLA, 3 walls 4 top and bottom layers, 10% infill You can use PLA for everything, I just love to use better plastic for box and mechanical parts. Assembly Use PETG filament for hinges and clasp. Fix it with a little bit of super glue, same for the pin. Bolts for stand are screwed straight to the plastic and then you can insert whole assembly from the bottom to the insert. ----------------------- Do you like what we do ? Give us download and like.
