Paper towel Holder - Print in place / Quick release and load

The hinges should always fall back into place now instead of remaining open. The main part of the model is still print in place but now you must print an additional small part separately. It sacrifices a little the print- in-place philosophy of the design but should provided better functionality overall. If the springs are too stiff, I can provide thinner ones.
