(Parametric) Cuboid Holder (for e.g. 9v batteries) Vase Mode

Primarily designed for 9 volt batteries, which are also known as PP3 or E-block. Very fast printing in Vase Mode (called Spiralize Outer Contour in Cura). While rewriting the code to suit non-cylinders, I realised that it could be used for almost anything, let me know in the comments what you use it for! Note that the dimensions of 9v batteries actually allow a range, so print a 1x1 test first. Width: 24.5mm - 26.5mm Depth: 15.7mm - 17.5mm
