PC-Blend Prusa Pulley with Ball Bearing and M5 Screw

After I did my first Remix of the PC-Blend pulley I realised that finding a M4x30 screw in the local hardware store is not that easy. This Remix uses the same 6902 Ball Bearing but with an M5x30 screw. I also changed the pulley body so that the hole for the screw is round. The original pulley has hex holes on both sides.
