Pegboard Parametric Pliers Rack (rack only)

This Pliers Rack is designed to work with the “peg” in the Locking Pegboard System . The existing pliers mounts in that system are ‘custom fit’ for specific types of pliers. This Pliers Rack remix allows for a broader range of shapes and sizes. The Pliers Rack body is just shy of 2in wide, which means you can mount mulitple prints side-by-side on a standardized modern pegboard without wasting space. The Pliers Rack opening width can be customized in the parametric Fusion 360 file to accommodate pliers of different sizes, up to 43mm. To do this, adjust the OPENING parameter. The angle of the arms is set at 12 degrees in the STL, but you can customize how sharp or shallow of an angle you want for your tools. To do this, adjust the ANGLE parameter. The depth of opening (front-to-back) can be tailored for the size of your pliers. To do this, adjust the ARMDEPTH parameter. Thank you to StellasFun for such a remarkable system! Update 12/26/2024: Revised a noted error in the Fusion 360 File to eliminate a rendering error that would prevent the bottom from laying flat when you altered some of the paramters.
