Description

I created this spool mount adapter to fit a pegboard from Amazon. I put the Pegboard on the side of my P1S to mount a Creality spool holder I got for pretty cheap from Amazon as well. The PTFE guide was sliced from the AMS Y splitter by Ed Johnson. I added a little ‘donut’ to the end to make feeding the filmanet by hand a little easier. These mount to the pegboard with either M3 or M4 bolts and some nuts and washers on the back. I didn't want to make it a ‘true’ pegboard type accessory as I didn't want it to rattle off while printing and I didn't really trust the strength of plastic pegboard mounts. This takes up very little room on the actual pegboard leaving quite a bit of space for other accesories/tool storage. Combined with aforementioned Y splitter, this is the perfect companion to the P1S (or any enclosed 3D printer side panel. Could also be used with a wall mounted pegboard if your printer is close to a wall. Parts needed: 6 Generic M3 or M4 12mm bolts and accompanying nuts and washers. This Spool holder (although I think any creality spool holder that matches the bolt spacing will work) I used the provided screws that came with this. They thread into the plastic - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08XQGWXKP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 1 PC4-M10 fitting PTFE tube A stick on pegboard - I was super happy with this set as I used them before on my wall and they work great - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09P87ND7H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Let me know what you think!
